mFunds is a mobile device application that allows you to access your PaycardUSA prepaid card account information, to transfer funds to other prepaid cards, and to make payments to payees and make such other banking transactions as are described on the associated cardholder website. To utilize the Services, you must install the Software on your compatible and supported mobile phone and/or other wireless device (each, a "Wireless Device"). Once you have installed the Software, the designated prepaid card account will be accessible through your Wireless Device.
